Emphasising the transformative role of sports in shaping a progressive and disciplined society, Minister for Agriculture Production, Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, Cooperative and Election Department, Javid Ahmad Dar, on Sunday said that games and sports serve as a vital platform for nurturing confidence, resilience and leadership among the younger generation. The Minister, as per an official statement, was addressing a large gathering after attending the grand finale of the Soin Premier League Cricket Tournament at Deinmarg in Soin, Rafiabad, where he was the chief guest. The summit clash of the tournament witnessed an exciting contest between   MCC Rohama   and Wonder XI Penzalla, drawing enthusiastic participation from sports lovers, local residents and youth from across the area.
