J-K LG inaugurates Shri Narsingh Dev Sanskrit Gurukul at Ghagwal Jammu, May 06: The Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha today inaugurated the Shri Narsingh Dev Sanskrit Gurukul at the ancient Shri Narsingh Dev Temple in Ghagwal. He also dedicated a Nakshatra Park and Yoga Dhyan Kendra to the public and laid foundation stone for Shri Narsingh Dev Public Library and Open Air Amphitheatre. Addressing a gathering of scholars, students and prominent citizens, the Lieutenant Governor emphasized that the establishment of Shri Narsingh Dev Sanskrit Gurukul is a meaningful reconnection with India’s civilizational roots.
A symposium in Marib Governorate organized by the Program for Communication with Yemeni Scholars called for strengthening scholars' presence among youth and community groups, countering deviant ideology through advocacy strategies, and supporting the legitimate leadership. Attendees included scholars, preachers, social figures, and official representatives.
