Three days later, a federal judge in Chicago revealed an indictment against six Operation Midway Blitz protesters was the result of alleged misconduct by prosecutors that left her "incredibly shocked."</p><p><b>Test case?</b>: The defendants, known as the "Broadview Six," are largely involved in Democratic politics in Chicago.
