The United States announced Monday that it will strengthen precautions to prevent the spread of Ebola by conducting airport health checks on passengers from affected areas and temporarily suspending visas. The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) announced measures after the World Health Organization (WHO) declared the Ebola outbreak in the Democratic Republic of the Congo an emergency international health.
