Last Sunday, May 24th, Alexánder Avendaño, a 22-year-old young man who was on a raft in the middle of a party at the El Peñol-Guatapé reservoir, fell into the water and disappeared in the El Marial sector, in the jurisdiction of the municipality of El Peñol. Today marks four days of searching for the young man and still no evidence has been found that could give any clue to rescue organizations, however, the work does not stop. What was suspended during yesterday's work was diving operations after immersions of 30 and 35 meters, but other support methods are being used such as hook searches.
