I recommend that for articles about local shootings, registration and/or concealed carry information should be added. At present, we readers know that a gun has been used for a crime, but we don’t know if that gun had been registered, or if the shooter had a concealed carry license. This is important information for voters who are constantly being asked to further restrict gun ownership, hoping that such measures will reduce gun crime.
