Taiwan's air force grounded its T-34 trainer fleet after one aircraft crashed during a simulated engine failure exercise at Gangshan Air Base in southern Taiwan on Tuesday morning, killing both pilots. The single-engine propeller plane went down on the runway at 8:08 am local time.
