A Colombian criminal court in Medellín has allowed the current municipal administration to participate as a victim in the corruption trial of former mayor Daniel Quintero and thirteen others accused of irregularities in the Aguas Vivas real estate deal, which allegedly cost the city over 40 billion pesos.
