# Translation Companies in the country still seem not to be reacting to the cold splash of water that the minimum wage increase and labor reform changes represented. This was confirmed by the most recent labor market survey presented by the National Federation of Merchant Entrepreneurs (Fenalco), which shows that eight out of 10 companies stopped hiring following the minimum wage increase. According to the association, 80% adjusted their hiring plans for the rest of the year.
