<p>Ald. Timmy Knudsen (43rd) is asking for "stricter rules on nightlife" in a corridor of Lincoln Park where a woman was shot Sunday following a bar fight nearby.</p><p>The 39-year-old woman was shot while standing outside in Lincoln Park Sunday just before 4 a.m. in the 600 block of West Belden Avenue, police said.</p><p>In an email to constituents Monday, Knudsen said the shooting was an “isolated incident” stemming from an “altercation” between people who had left a bar on Lincoln Avenue and moved to Belden Avenue.</p><p>The woman took herself to Northwestern Memorial Hospital where she was listed in critical condition, Knudsen said in the statement.
