Brno has completed its multi-genre Meeting Brno 2026 festival, which aims to create space for open dialogue and encounters. Controversy was sparked by the fact that a meeting of the Sudeten German expatriate association took place there. Bavarian Prime Minister Markus Söder (CSU) also attended this event.
