The Jamaica Labour Party (JLP) is paying tribute to former Councillor for the Denham Town Division, Lorna Joy Leslie. Leslie, the longest-serving JLP councillor in the Kingston and St Andrew Municipal Corporation (KSAMC), passed away on Tuesday after battling illness.
