The adviser to the head of Sberbank German Gref was appointed 70-year-old Colonel-General Oleg Khramov, RBC reports, citing two sources: in the financial market and in the bank itself. From 2017 to December 2025, he was Deputy Secretary of the Security Council of Russia (first under Nikolai Patrushev, then, from May 2024, under Sergei Shoigu). As Ria Novosti wrote, Temples left his post, as he reached the maximum permissible age of stay in public service: in December last year, the general turned 70 years old.
