The European Commission gave preliminary approval for Romania's fourth payment request under the National Recovery and Resilience Facility, worth €2.62 billion, after the country met 38 milestones and 24 targets. The funds will support investments and reforms in energy, transport, tax administration, health, education, and digital public services.
