Japanese police secured an arrest warrant for a suspect in his 40s who fled after a robbery and murder in Kamiichi Town, Tochigi Prefecture. Investigators determined the suspect purchased a pry bar from a Kanagawa home center before the crime, allegedly providing it to an arrested husband who passed it to high school students who carried out the actual attack.
