Budgam Town to Remain No-Ply Zone on 10th Muharram Budgam, 25, June : The Traffic Police Rural Kashmir has issued a comprehensive traffic advisory ahead of the 10th Muharram processions scheduled to be held in Budgam and parts of Baramulla district on Friday, warning commuters of significant traffic disruptions and extensive diversions throughout the day. According to an advisory issued by Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Traffic Rural Kashmir, Liaqat Ali, a major Muharram procession will be taken out from Mirgund Budgam to Zabber Mohalla (Main Chowk Budgam). In view of the religious procession and the anticipated participation of a large number of mourners, vehicular movement through Budgam town is expected to remain heavily affected from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm.
