The director of the cabinet of Czech Foreign Minister Petr Macinka, Miroslav Sklenář, has failed to obtain the required "Secret"-level security clearance after more than six months in the position, limiting him to the lowest classification level and raising questions about safeguards preventing unauthorized access to sensitive government information.
