Tulmulla, Jun 22: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Monday paid obeisance at the Kheer Bhawani temple in Tulmulla, Ganderbal, and prayed for peace and prosperity of J&K. LG Sinha offered prayers at the temple of Ragnya Devi as thousands of Kashmiri Pandits celebrated the annual mela amidst stringent security arrangements. He also took stock of the arrangements made for the devotees.
