Jammu and Kashmir's Chief Secretary reviewed the progress of health sector reforms, including efforts to strengthen tertiary and secondary care, expand medical education capacity, and enhance digital health services. The administration announced plans to increase medical seats by 300 MBBS, 243 postgraduate, and 64 super-specialty positions, alongside new tele-medicine and mental health initiatives across the territory.
