Doda, Jun 28: Deputy Commissioner Doda Krishan Lal on Sunday inaugurated the district-wide Pulse Polio Immunisation Programme at the OPD Complex of the Associated Hospital, Government Medical College (GMC), Doda, marking National Pulse Polio Day.   Across the district, 57,524 children below five years of age received Pulse Polio drops through 507 Pulse Polio Immunisation Booths set up in urban and rural areas. Parents and caregivers turned out in large numbers to avail the free immunisation services for their children.
