Jammu and Kashmir Students Association (JKSA) National President, Ummar Jamal, on Friday called on the Registrar of the University of Kashmir, Professor Naseer Iqbal, and discussed a range of issues concerning students' welfare, academic reforms, and the overall educational environment within the University. During the meeting, Jamal apprised the Registrar of several issues affecting the student community and emphasized the need for introducing new courses and academic programmes in line with evolving educational and professional requirements. He highlighted the growing significance of Artificial Intelligence (AI), data analytics, emerging technologies, and interdisciplinary learning, stressing that universities must proactively adapt to changing global trends to ensure that students remain competitive in future job markets.
