Jammu, Jun 13: The 2nd Ravinder Khajuria Memorial Basketball Tournament commenced with great enthusiasm and sporting spirit on Saturday at the Basketball Court, University of Jammu. The tournament, as per a statement, is being organised by Royal Basketball Club (RBC), Jammu, in memory of Late Ravinder Khajuria, who served with distinction as an Assistant Sub-Inspector in J&K Police and was a highly respected senior basketball coach who made significant contributions to the development of basketball in Jammu & Kashmir. The opening ceremony began with a warm welcome accorded to the Chief Guest, Devyani Rana, MLA, Nagrota Constituency, along with other distinguished guests.
