Residents of Chandpora area of Harwan have rued washing of cars in a stream passing near their area. A delegation from the area said that washing of cars on embankments of the stream near Harwan bridge to Chandpora and throwing of garbage pollutes the water body. “Also presence of unscrupulous persons on embankments of the stream causes inconvenience to locals.
