Rajouri, Jun 12: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has ordered a detailed inquiry into the recent death of a patient at Government Medical College (GMC) and Associated Hospital Rajouri. The Health and Medical Education Department, through a government order, has constituted a three-member inquiry committee to examine the circumstances leading to the incident and ensure a fair, objective and transparent investigation. The committee will be headed by Prof (Dr) Pramod Kalsotra, Principal, Government Medical College Udhampur, while Prof (Dr) Abdul Gani from the Department of Orthopaedics, GMC Jammu and Dr Narinder Bhutial, Medical Superintendent, Government Gandhi Nagar Hospital Jammu, have been appointed as members.
