The High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh has designated 15 advocates as Senior Advocates under Section 16(2) of the Advocates Act, 1961, in accordance with the High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh (Designation of Senior Advocates) Rules, 2025. According to an order issued by the Office of the Registrar General at Jammu on Thursday, the designations have been granted with effect from June 22, 2026, subject to the terms and conditions prescribed under the Advocates Act, 1961, and the High Court's 2025 Rules governing the designation of Senior Advocates.
