" Ganderbal, Jun 29: Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Gyanesh Kumar on Monday visited Mata Kheer Bhawani temple at Tulmulla in central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district. The CEC paid obeisance and offered prayers on the occasion. Speaking to media persons, the CEC said, “The desire to have darshan and seek blessings of the Mata had been in my and my family’s hearts for many years.
