Srinagar, Jun 26: Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Friday strongly rejected People's Democratic Party (PDP) President Mehbooba Mufti's allegation that the National Conference (NC)-led government had made 25,000 "backdoor appointments" in Jammu and Kashmir, describing the charge as baseless and announcing that the government would place the complete facts before the public within the next two days. Addressing reporters in Srinagar, CM Omar said the allegations were ironic, coming from a party that had itself faced allegations of irregular appointments during its tenure in office. "There is a saying, the pot calling the kettle black.
