The Constitutional Court will discuss on June 10 the request of the President of the Chamber of Deputies Sorin Grindeanu to resolve the constitutional legal conflict between Parliament and Government regarding the SAFE Ordinance, and on June 4 the petition filed by the People's Advocate on the same Ordinance.

PSD Senator Daniel Zamfir reacted harshly after statements made by Buzău's mayor, Constantin Toma, who demanded on Thursday at Digi24 the resignation of Sorin Grindeanu and warned that the party "is heading towards AUR". Zamfir labeled Toma as "the only fool in the PSD" and claimed that his attacks against the party leadership would be based on "personal frustrations" related to the election of Lia Olguța Vasilescu to the head of the Association of Municipalities in Romania.
