A National Audit Office report has revealed that Prince Andrew generated private income by subletting three cottages on his Windsor Royal Lodge estate while paying nominal rent to the crown estate. The audit also found that King Charles provides below-market rent for Andrew's daughters, Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie, to live in royal palaces using his private Duchy of Lancaster income.
