CVS Health filed a federal lawsuit Friday challenging a Tennessee law signed by Gov. Bill Lee that bans pharmacy benefit managers from also operating pharmacies, claiming the restriction violates federal law.

CVS Health will restore Eli Lilly’s weight-loss injection Zepbound to its list of covered drugs and also add the drugmaker’s newly approved obesity pill, Foundayo, it said today.
