The head of the Department for Emergency Situations, Raed Arafat, warned on Friday morning, in an intervention at Digi24, after a drone hit an apartment building in the center of Galați city, that citizens must take seriously the Ro-Alert messages transmitted by authorities and take shelter in time. He specified that the alert was sent for Galați county only a few minutes before the incident.
