The Philippine Coast Guard tracked and challenged a Chinese Coast Guard vessel (CCG-4305) drifting approximately 48 nautical miles west of Pandaquit, Zambales in the contested West Philippine Sea, according to PCG spokesperson Rear Admiral Jay Tarriela.
