According to a report by the Turkish media outlet Kısa Dalga, Kazanji traveled to Pakistan in 2024 and produced Turkish-language propaganda materials for ISIS-Khorasan in the mountainous regions of Balochistan. The report states: “The districts of Mastung, Kalat, Khuzdar, Bolan, and Sibi in Balochistan have repeatedly been identified as locations linked to ISIS-Khorasan camps and its foundational infrastructure.” Aziz Maarij, a former diplomat, said: “This case serves as documented evidence showing that ISIS centers, its growth, and its safe havens are located in Pakistan.
