In the video, the woman says that she and her children are "doing fine" and asks Telegram channels, Ksenia Sobchak, and "various other people" not to write about her. The video appeared several hours after the Kavkaz Uzel publication reported that the Chechen Prosecutor's Office had accepted a requirement to investigate the actions of law enforcement officials regarding Mintsaeva.
