Brazil's National Council of Justice approved a protocol on Wednesday to detect and block legal petitions containing hidden artificial intelligence commands, a technique lawyers have been using to attempt to influence judicial decisions. The measure follows a documented increase in such cases across the country, with incidents already identified in the Superior Court of Justice, São Paulo Court of Justice, and the 8th Regional Labor Court.
