ST JAMES, Jamaica — Yoni Epstein, chief executive officer of itel, one of Jamaica's leading business process outsourcing (BPO) companies, has been elected president of the Global Services Association of Jamaica (GSAJ). Epstein was elected during the association's 13th annual general meeting, held at the Montego Bay Free Zone on Tuesday. He succeeds Wayne Sinclair, who completed a two-year term as president.
