The European Commission is inquiring with Czech authorities about resolving a possible conflict of interest involving Prime Minister and ANO movement leader Andrej Babiš. "It's probably not something that should automatically mean that something is wrong. On the other hand, it can of course include examining whether certain things were implemented in accordance with European law," explains Michal Říha from the Department of European Law at the Faculty of Law of Charles University for Czech Radio Plus.
