The mayor of Bello, Colombia announced plans to reverse traffic safety measures introduced on Regional Avenue, including canceling the installation of four planned photo enforcement cameras and raising the speed limit back to 80 km/h from the previously reduced 50 km/h, after facing strong community opposition to both initiatives.
