Hong Kong's 30 provincial hometown associations are holding a patriotic carnival at Victoria Park for the fourth consecutive year, replacing the candlelit vigil that traditionally commemorated the 1989 Tiananmen crackdown. The five-day 'Hometown Market Carnival' opened on Wednesday.
