The Director of Communications of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Richard Ahiagbah, has expressed disappointment at the ECOWAS Court of Justice's decision to dismiss all claims brought by former Chief Justice Gertrude Araba Esaaba Sackey Torkornoo against the Republic of Ghana.
