Kyrgyzstan extradited a foreign national who was on an international wanted list to France. As reported by the General Prosecutor's Office, the extradition was carried out within the framework of Kyrgyzstan's international obligations under the UN Convention against Transnational Organized Crime, as well as on the basis of the principle of reciprocity.
