Shortly after ditch-cleaning work carried out by "Latvian State Roads" on the Ugāle–Cirkale–Zlēkas section of the Ventspils municipality road, the road was washed out, and potholes that pose a danger to traffic quickly formed. "Latvian State Roads" promises to repair the damage, but additional reinforcement of the ditches is not planned, TV Kurzeme reported.
