Representatives from the Baltic States, Nordic countries, and the United States met in Tallinn and Narva, Estonia on 1–2 June 2026 for a regular E-PINE (Enhanced Partnership in Northern Europe) format meeting. Latvia was represented by Ambassador-at-Large Juris Poikāns.
