Sadiq Khan says he told Met Police to investigate Great Israeli Real Estate event Sadiq Khan, the mayor of London, has said he opposes an upcoming real estate event promoting companies linked to illegal  Israeli  settlements, and has discussed it with the Metropolitan Police, the Foreign Office and the Home Office. The mayor made the comments on Friday morning during Mayor's Question Time in the London Assembly in response to a question on the topic by Zack Polanski, a member of the assembly and the leader of the Green Party of England and Wales. The  Great Israeli Real Estate Event  is scheduled to be held in London this Sunday but its location is being kept secret.
