Kyrgyzstan proposed considering the possibility of reforming the UN Security Council by expanding it at the expense of states from Asia, Africa, and Latin America. This was stated by Kyrgyzstan's Foreign Minister Zheenbek Kulubaev at a meeting of the Group of Friends of Global Governance in New York.
