<p>A person of interest in the double homicide of a man who was driving for Uber and an 18-year-old basketball player who was his passenger has been released without being charged, according to Chicago police. </p><p>The person of interest, a 17-year-old boy, was arrested Wednesday afternoon, authorities said. </p><p>Jassen Cho, 38, and Damarion Johnson, 18, were driving in the <a class="Link" href="https://chicago.suntimes.com/crime/2026/05/08/high-school-senior-and-man-38-gunned-down-in-garfield-park-neighborhood" target="_blank" >200 block of North Homan Avenue</a> around 8:30 p.m.
