According to the report, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's government has instructed the security establishment and the Israeli military to continue developing potential targets and preparing for future scenarios. Israeli Minister Zeev Elkin said Israel was not directly involved in the negotiations and therefore could not insist on reviewing the memorandum of understanding.
