Indonesian oil and gas company PT Medco EdanP has accelerated production from its Sakakemang Block gas field, targeting third-quarter 2027 operational start. The company's acquisition of two oil and gas blocks in South Sumatra is intended to strengthen Indonesia's energy independence.
