Ukraine's allies have ignored the Kremlin's new threats. The war in Ukraine simply needs to come to an end, declared U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio, after a phone call with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, during which he recommended the evacuation of diplomatic personnel and other American citizens from Kyiv.
