[Independent (Kampala)] Kampala -- Dr. Kizza Besigye and his co-accused, Hajji Obeid Lutale, have filed an application with the High Court Criminal Division, seeking a declaration that their constitutional rights were violated by the deportation of their lead lawyer, Martha Karua.
